Skilled Nursing

Our 132-bed skilled and intermediate level nursing care facility offers quality care in a homelike atmosphere. We are a Medicare - and Medicaid-certified, full-service nursing center offering a complete, restorative therapy program. Also available are short-term respite stays, care for those recovering from surgery, as well as hospice care.

Each resident receives personal, compassionate care with full access to Golden Years' many amenities, including a full array of social, recreational, and cultural activities and programs. Rooms are private and semi-private.
