Golden Years offers a 132-bed skilled nursing unit that includes a 24-bed rehabilitation area that can offer you and your loved ones services tailored to your needs in a setting you'll love to call home.

Our staff of community-based healthcare professionals offers compassionate care in a cheerful living environment. Golden Years has served the Harrisonville community for over 100 years. Residents receive the care level appropriate to their individual and changing needs, from an occasional helping hand to experienced skilled nursing care or hospice care.
